All prints are carefully packaged and shipped with care to help ensure they arrive safely.

Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. Because each print is made to order, processing times may vary slightly.

Shipping Method
Orders are shipped using a tracked shipping service. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

Packaging
Prints are packaged in protective materials and shipped in rigid mailers or sturdy packaging designed to prevent damage in transit.

At this time, orders are shipped within the United States only.

Delays
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are dependent on the carrier. Delays caused by the shipping carrier are outside my control, but I will do my best to assist if an issue comes up.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at drojo@120junkie.com with your order number and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first. You are also welcome to contact me and I will do my best to help.
