Return Policy

Each print is made to order with care. Because of the custom nature of these fine-art prints, all sales are final.

I do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • change of mind
  • ordering the wrong item
  • personal preference

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at drojo@120junkie.com and include:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the print
  • clear photos of the packaging
  • a photo of the shipping label

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong print, I will provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the print must be unused and kept in its original packaging until the issue is resolved.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, or before production begins, whichever comes first.

Lost Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first. You’re also welcome to contact me and I will do my best to help.
